ABOUT JAY BUTTON

 

Jay Button, a filmmaker from Northern NSW, specialises in TVC, Fashion, Travel, Adventure, Tourism, Ocean, Underwater, and specialised (gimbal) Cinematography.

With an impressive portfolio, Jay has worked with numerous international brands, agencies, and production companies such as National Geographic, Destination NSW, Tourism Queensland, Coca Cola, Australian Cadets, Marie Claire, and many others.

Jay was awarded best DOP in the Sydney Short Film Festival, an accolade highlighting his passion. “My ability to capture moments as they organically unfold brings a unique flexibility and versatility to my work,” he says. On set, the confidence and composure to pivot means the final result is always to-brief and budget – even when things don’t always go to plan. “I love to do what I do. I can overcome problems on the fly and adapt to challenges.”
